[Guide] Understanding 99B+ GS Settings

I understand that almost all GS files are in chinese, trying to help out.
The following is not taken from anywhere else, I'd appreciate it if there won't be any flame.
First time doing this, here goes.
The following are all in chinese, if you don't understand, compare the symbols. Or set your pc language to Chinese(PRC).
