[Guide] Newbie's Guide to % to x

Ok this is my first guide, and is going to take me ages to write
Basically, if a server says 100% it means that the exp is 1x... Hard to explain!!
Maybe this will help....::
100%=1x
200%=2x
300%=3x
Etcetc.. untill we get to 10x.. which will be? 1000%!
2000%=20x
2500%=25x
3000%=30x
etcetc.
now for 100x it will be....
10000%. Thats right, we add a 0 to the end.
20000%=2k
30000%=3k
etcetcetc!!
Understand? I hope so!
Now it is easy to figure out.
Btw, 99.999%=max exp (9999x).

the %'s... And newbie admins wont make the (un)common mistake of telling the wrong exp!

To change exp, you must go:
D:\muserver\data\commonserver.cfg

non server owner:
Dont have to worry about it. This guide is just to tell you about the
%'s. Like when an admin decides to be a pain (or doesnt know how to
convert % to x) and types 1000% when you really wanna know that its
100x!!
